When do cookies restock?
Cookie drops happen every Sunday at 5pm at southiecookie.com. This means that cookies are restocked and become available for purchase until sold out. This happens quickly so be sure to set an order reminder! You can find the available flavors on our 'Shop' page.

nationwide shipping
Cookies are shipped out of our kitchen every Wednesday and are baked and shipped on the same day for maximum freshness. Cookies are shipped with UPS to get to you as quickly as possible within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Shipping and tracking information will be sent out via email once your order has been dropped off at UPS. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or returned packages. Once you receive your tracking link, please be sure to keep an eye on it to ensure that your package doesn't sit out too long and get affected by current weather conditions. Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address as our product is perishable! We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. All reshipments will incur an additional shipping fee. Allergies + refunds policies
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh, preservative-free cookies, Southie Cookie does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort to improve your experience. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for unclaimed pickup orders. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and Southie Cookie will not be held responsible for any aforementioned circumstances.
Customer understands that Southie Cookie is not an allergen-free, vegan, gluten-free business and its products may contain dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, coconut, tree nuts, flour, cocoa (chocolate), milk and sugar, and/or other non allergy friendly ingredients. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination of allergens. Customer understands risks and agrees to notify Customer's guests of this risk. Customer agrees to hold Southie Cookie harmless for any allergic reactions and to indemnify Southie Cookie in the event of any claims arising from allergic reactions.
Can I buy cookies in person?
Southie Cookie is an online-based cookie shop which means that we sell most of our cookies directly from our website. But we love popping up around Boston and collaborating with other local businesses! Be sure to keep an eye out on our Instagram (@southiecookie) so you don't miss your next chance to buy cookies in person at our next event!
Heating info + Cookie care
If you want your cookie exactly like it was when it came out of our oven, Our cookies are delicious at room temp, but we love them warmed up. We recommend heating them up in your oven (or even air fryer) for our iconic crispy outside and gooey center.
Oven: 350°F for 5-10 mins
Microwave: 10 second increments
It is recommended to freeze any cookies that are not eaten immediately to maintain maximum freshness. When ready to eat, thaw to room temperature and reheat using the directions above.
What makes our cookies better?
Our cookies are baked fresh to order by hand at our ghost kitchen, a professional licensed kitchen space in Stoneham, MA. We love to experiment with new flavors each month and take pride in always baking from scratch in small batches.
Southie Cookies are made with real high-quality ingredients and are free from preservatives and anything shady. They are made with U.S. Grade AA butter, pure chocolate, fresh eggs and real sugar.
